Reminds me of 'countdown roulette': system managers have buttons to slap if they want a launch hold. About the time batteries are initiated ("squibbed") a number of those buttons get pushed but the earliest of the bunch is the one who gets the blame for the hold.

What is the low-friction way to tell you that an article needs to have a year appended?


The most effective way of reaching the moderators is emailing them using the contact link in the footer. It may not meet your definition of low-friction, but if you want them to see it, that’s the way. Commenting (including replies) rely on a moderator coming across your comment.


It's funny to see self referential linking of "ScheduleChicken" on the page. Hadn't really heard of this concept before but can definitely relate
