Interesting, because I can’t stand horizontal full width. My editor opens at (60,0)-(100,100) in % of screen coords, the rest is console and browser. Anything more to the left feels like off-center and too wide. So I don’t like vscode too, but for the opposite reason. They pack too few in the sidebar and eat precious v-space instead.

Do you have two-display setup btw?
