Lift heavy weights and go for a run to start your day > take a shower and end with a minute of cold water shower > end with a cup of tea/coffee and a fruit bowl to kickoff your day

This is the only thing that has kept me sane the last year or so



I have switched to kettlebells as I didn’t have access to the gym during covid. I like doing short steps and multiple reps. It does have a certain feel goodness, but it’s not a ‘buzz’
