You should be able to:

  —  Navigate our stack: Node, Backbone, MongoDB, Redis, AWS, Handlebars, Less.
  —  Manipulate native browser APIs (DOM w/o jQuery)
  —  Understand MVC patterns and UI design
  —  Learn quickly, act autonomously, think analytically.

Bonus points if you...

  —  Make decisions with data. 
  —  Are comfortable with pets!
  —  Want to build an inclusive work environment. 
  —  Know the difference between #i18n #L10n and #a11y
