Google interview questions are leaked so often that standardization is virtually impossible...




I don't see why it's so hard to just standardize on a formula for generating questions, rather than a static question.

There's a simple method of doing this that doesn't require hard AGI to generate the questions, either: just standardize on a list of the microskills the job requires. Then, get the interviewer to create a small question to test each microskill. Keep previous interviewers' questions together with the microskill in the list as examples for the next interviewer.


Why does that matter?

Your question isn't very good if you are selecting for people that know your question vs are smart/skilled.
