Poll: What degree is needed to be an SE

I'm just curious about decision makers out there. What pedigree is the minimum pedigree you would hire for someone who you consider to be a Software Engineer?

		Degree doesn't matter + good work experience and some kind of proof that they know the fundamentals

Degree is worthless, top tier ivy league, even worse. As long as the person is smart, doesn't struggle with programming languages and willing to get better, start them small and build up.
