I have to agree with Dick on a lot of the points he covers, but most importantly, he discusses that he (and other early stage VCs) are more interested in growing successful businesses.
While you may want to consider what your exit could be - is it really what you want to focus on? Is your only milestone reaching a level where the acquisition is worthwhile?
