The mono compiler (that Xamarin uses, and would presumably be replaced by the Roslyn compiler), is released under GPL and MIT X11 licenses (https://github.com/mono/mono/blob/master/LICENSE)

I don't think this will have any effect on Xamarin licenses at all.
