They apply cleanly when building for OSX and work well with the Homebrew patches infrastructure. Get them with

Or, once the PR https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-dupes/pull/358 is merged,

    brew tap homebrew/dupes
    brew install --with-hpn openssh
