I've asked them, the person emailing has said they received it from a marketing department. Pushing for more info now. I'm thinking really hard about this and I can't find anything I've shared that suggests I'm looking for a new payment gateway. Hence the post :)

you might have put your email address into a banner for some reason and when you started searching for payment gateways it passed your details on?
