Hi,

We're an NYC-based startup looking to rent at least three spare desks in Manhattan. We are incredibly lean and expect to have a very limited footprint (we're super clean and considerate, will purchase our own printers if we even need them, need conference rooms mostly for brainstorming sessions if at all). Our top priority is to have a place the core team can come to to work side by side. Happy to commit more than our fair share to the snack room and don't require a lease or anything.
