You seam to forget that actual humans make up an businesses. There is ALWAYS an actual human being deciding what and if measures are undertaken to satisfy the public "demands".
Those humans are to blame.
It has to get personal. We need to prevent humans from hiding behind corporation-walls when living their destructive phantasies.
