I love my textbooks, it will be sad to see them go if they do. I've always preferred paper to pdf.

The reason you prefer paper over PDF is because PDF merely imitates paper.

I prefer hypertext over both of them, especially now that we all have tabbed browsers. There's a reason why people will voluntarily spend hours learning things from Wikipedia.

I prefer PDF to paper. The Intel IA32 Architecture Volumes would be god-awful in paper form.
