You don’t make home made whole wheat bread, because you don’t have a wheat mill. You use flour, which is ultra-processed.

It is processed but not ultra-processed. You can look into this by a simple search: “is flour ultra processed” and I got a number of results explaining the difference.

I do know a lot of people who grind their own flour fresh - that is real homemade bread and not ultra processed, and agreed, not magically unhealthy.
