Sounds like SF would rather agree to that than more housing for humans.

No kidding. After years of all offices and no housing I wouldn't put it past this place. What other city on earth hates its citizens more?

There is not one mention of data centers in the article, and I highly doubt anyone is trying to put any significant computing capacity in SF.
