Don't want to sound like I'm trolling already. But what advantages does this framework have over something like Pyglet?

For one thing, I guess if you prefer Lua to Python, this would interest you.

(BTW, I guess Pygame would be a closer equivalent.)

Ah I think it's more like Cocos2d then.
