How is Ukraine provoking this? Ukraine is not forcing Russia to violate European airspace, that's on Russia.

And this is fueling tension. Everyone's been violating airspace a little bit (I used to be a military pilot myself), but now they're getting hysterical, and apparently for good reason, they're trying to escalate the situation.
