I’ve built a Streamlit-based MVP that helps recover value from damaged or rejected goods using a structured platform for:

Goods intake & Assisted valuation

Logistics services (warehousing, packaging, trucking)

Supply Chain Finance decision engine

The idea came from observing how exporters discard or abandon goods after rejection. We saw an opportunity to add value using technology, logistics coordination, and finance.

Right now it’s an MVP, not fully polished, but it showcases the full flow from damaged goods to finance and potential resale.
