Every single group I have ever played with, when playing with brand new Players, has had someone try to drown enemies with create water inside their lungs.
It generally devolves into an argument about whether or not human lungs count as an open container, but it always happens.
It's a human consciousness constant. It's amazing.
Even after 30 years of playing Shadowrun we still occasionally debate whether a fire ball with radius X will ignite the fuel in the driving vehicle. At least in this case it's a minor detail because iirc the rules actually state the fire manifests in the whole ball shaped area where there's no solid matter.
