It's amazing the effect a tiny effort can have.

My favorite thing to do is to spread wild flower seeds in parts of the lawn that need a bit of help. Observing the entire ecosystem that emerges from this simple act is really fascinating to me. It's almost like playing Minecraft with how deterministically the squirrel population responds.
