I used to love this until I got a NAS. At the time(I don't know if it's still true) the Vorta GUI didn't make it easy to use a remote repo without installing the borg service on the NAS.
It's only available as a community package, which I was not able to set up in less than fifteen minutes.
So I switched to Kopia, as per my general policy of mostly avoiding personal tech that seems like it's hacker/tinkerer stuff that will require maintenance.
Have not had any regrets so far! Kopia is newer, and the GUI isn't as good, but I love that it's packaged as a single file AppImage and also has a Flatpak option.
