For the wealthiest, it's great. They'll lose some skiing but whenever things go a little worse for others, they'll accumulate more. More weather chaos: more ways to score points, they can fix their stuff easily. Worse crop yields: higher prices work to their benefit. Higher insurance prices: not something they care about.
Changes due to seasons are an annual cycle. Climate is more about the longer-term (decades) weather patterns of a place, including the range of its typical seasonal differences. They aren't comparable the way that you're trying to say that they are.
