It is ridiculous that your registrar was going to act on your domain without any kind of verification of jurisdiction. Can anyone just email a registrar and claim there is some injunction and have something removed?
1st Reaction: That depends entirely on your registrar's policies and people.
2nd Reaction: At any "real" registrar, the answer will also depend on the domain & owner. Trying to take down "apple.com" will get vastly more scrutiny and pushback than trying to take down some little guy.
