Normally when someone makes a statement like this it comes with a citation. Maybe a link to an audit, a permalink to someone's git repo... but since it's Apple, I'm supposed to take you at your word here?

The sentence immediately before the one you quoted:

Their bio on the website also states:

Maybe this person deserves the benefit of the doubt that they’re not just talking out of their ass and know at least a bit about the subject? Sure, have some dose of healthy skepticism, but make it informed.
