Volatility seems the name of the game and impacting the tech heavy nasdaq the most so far. Canada is a tech-heavy location for many US companies. How will this hurt recruitment or cost those companies to employ at the same levels?

1-year chart for QQQ doesn't really show much of a story here .. some recent volatility I guess? Summer last year was a lot worse.

This sucks, especially since there are better ways to accomplish the same goal. We are going for a ride.
