An extra point that it is too late to edit in, on openness wrt software: unlike some companies we could all mention, they are playing right with the slicer software. There might be some question as to whether anything like the connectivity layer that sits between BS and the printer that currently isn't open, should also be AGPL. I'll leave discussion of how AGPL and losly linked components do/n't work together to people with more experience in the area…
