Admitting that I'm pretty oblivious here... The article is about a 44-year study, in Denmark. My impression is that most current-market cannabis, at least in the US, has been selectively bred to contain orders of magnitude more psychoactive compounds than the back "back then" cannabis did.
If so, this study might be less-than-relevant to modern cannabis use. At least in the US.
