Do you also keep Microsoft contributions to Go, Linux kernel, clang, Rust, Java, Mesa, nodejs, Chrome, LSP, out of your Linux box?



Contributions? I don't monitor my box at that level.

But rust, java, nodejs, and Chrome are nowhere to be found (IIUC).

I don't even care what Mesa is.

But Microsoft products are not present.

Many (most?) for-profit corps are not my friends. They have the right to exist; I'll leave them at that.


Unless you boot to terminal, while taking advantage of Microsoft contributions to the Linux kernel, Mesa is the thing that allows your graphics desktop to take advantage of your graphics card.

Are you sure none of the binaries being used by you wasn't implemented in Rust.

By the way, the Rust contributions to the Linux kernel are mostly driven by Google and Microsoft employees.
