Why do you need to send anyone an SMS message? Will KnowBe4 compensate individuals for the added cost?
If a device can receive an SMS, it can surely receive emails, which are much more robust and able to be tagged, sorted, archived, etc. You cannot do that with SMS, right?
Please stop trying to send people texts, especially for something as important as their next career.

What added cost?
> If a device can receive an SMS, it can surely receive emails
This is not true. Maybe there are more devices that can send and receive emails than SMS. But there are still basic feature phones around that can only do SMS. My daily driver is a Nokia 2660, and I use my wife's iPhone for anything that requires a smartphone.
My colleagues are always amused when I pull out my phone as I am an Android Engineer.
