This blog post is describing epsilon-greedy exploration/exploitation as applied to A/B testing. It's not really multi-armed at all, since the multi would imply > 2. The real beauty of exploration/exploitation is the ability to go beyond two simultaneous tests. Although they do show a test with three options, this would be far better if it emphasized the multi more.
