It might take a while for these tools to appear - laws are much slower than tech. But I wouldn't rush to use or create such tools until the regulations come out.

I've tested a few different ones and from the free ones I'd recommend: copyleaks, zerogpt and quillbot detector (a bit aggresive sometimes though).
