I remember being very excited and applying for a position here a month ago. I was expecting a positive response given that I match the requirements very well but got nothing.
I'm starting to wonder. I got a rejection message when I replied that said, in part, "our decision was based on matching the specific needs for this role with the background of the candidates in the final pool." If they are posting this position over and over again, what is this "final pool"?
