Synergy was great and extremely useful. Had some pretty crazy setups working with it.
Synergy, Barrier and forks are Not interesting till they support Wayland.
There is an actively developed fork https://github.com/input-leap/input-leap, however that fork is still undergoing heavy development and recommends sticking with Barrier until they're able to release v3.0.0 which they expect rather soon.
Is it abandoned or is it just done? Before Barrier I was just using an ancient version of Synergy from before they went proprietary, and I only switched because `apt install synergy` stopped working. Either way, keyboard/mouse inputs were sent; good enough.
