EDIT: maybe I get it now, the linked article seems to come from a webpage that doesn't like woke (?). I don't much either but to extrapolate and say the presentation, or at least the bits I read, is extremely racist, is maybe OTT. It's probably well intentioned at least.

Where exactly are the racist bits? The whole thing is IMHO weird and dripping with the kind of self-flagellating patronizing wokeness which, to me, has nothing to do with fighting racism, but it's fairly mainstream.
But I gave up on reading this about half-way through, on the slide defining "whiteness" as some kind of toxic cocktail of ignorance and aggression. Oh and it spelled it as "WHITENE\nSS", maybe that was a clever pun?
What is wrong with being nice to people, not being presumptuous about it, and being sympathetic to their life circumstances, whatever category they fit into?
