It's not a new breed of hyper-legal worry. It's basic privacy that we all expect. I don't expect a customer support advisor to be pasting my messages into an LLM without my knowledge. And no sane company would allow employees to do it with any sort of customer data or proprietary information.

We have things like GDPR which are all about protecting your data. People are breaking the law and violating the rights of customers for the sake of making their job a little bit easier.
