I look forward to the day Cisco is a niche product and networking is just a general opensource appliance. I've never experienced a good TAC engineer, their new auto license renewal systems randomly have brought me down. I just don't see the value of Cisco increasing in the future. Maybe it will got he way of IBM and just keep existing.
