Several ~4k lb EV’s get ~400 mile of range on a 100 kWh battery pack that’s 0.25 kWh/mile or 1 kWh / 4 miles.
The some EV’s like the Hummer EV are much worse, but that is also ~9,000 pounds fully loaded.
