I have to imagine that any closure from the execution is theoretical at best. To sit and watch the life drain from someone, at your behast, with your input, and for your benefit?



At least you don’t have to go to parole hearings every couple of years in fear that they’re going to be released again.


Shouldn’t the policy response be really-actually-your-natural-life-without-parole sentences instead?
