They were warning of this for a long time, due to modern cars being so much heavier than in the 1970s and 1980s, when these garages were built. And this is especially so for electric cars due to the battery pack.

yeah im pretty sure a human shouldnt want to go poking around in confined space rubble that includes fuel, and ruptured Lion batteries.
