Ed, I hate to ask this question, but given all the posts that I've read from you on the subject; why do you still work for that company? Am I wrong to assume that most of your work related posts center on the same company?
One reason that I bring it up is that I've been there, and I've moved on to greener pastures. Where I've been still isn't perfect, but it's way better than the distant past. Your posts bring up a lot of bad memories for me. I could barely even make it past a year in that situation.
