This is so true. The sad part though is that during the 3 hrs Ed was stuck reading HN not doing something productive.

Ed could have shortened the time by helping. Really poor team attitude.


Helping how? Telling her boss to share control? Telling her where to click? There was absolutely nothing Ed could have done, and it's the expectation that he can fix every little thing that is the root of these problems.
