Converted my homelab media server from CentOS 8 to Stream 8 early last year, haven't noticed an appreciable difference in stability or use-case. Stream 8 is EOL next year though, so I'm considering options of what to move it to.

At work an intentional decision was made to avoid migrating any prod/dev systems (previously on CentOS 7/8) to CentOS Stream.
