Interesting look back at a time when software design was methodical and graphic, and the author is implying that coding is a better way to design for software.

Now that we have AI, I would suppose that the author would agree that an even better software design process will be 1) a set of design prompts for an automatic code engine, and 2) the output will be software that is the validation of the design.
