I have a tiny home gym with a rower, barbells, and some assorted training equipment. I also live on top of a steep hill surrounded by forest and I spend an hour each morning walking up and down the hill while dropping my kids off in the morning, then go for walks through the forest whenever I need a break from the PC (I work from home).
When I was younger I used to train gymnastics - two sessions of a couple of hours each every week. Unfortunately, I had to stop due to injuries.
