There was a radio ad on NPR for Indeed.com that said "We identify candidates for you whose resumes are an exact match for your job description," and I thought "NO YOU FOOLS! YOU'RE GIVING AWAY THE GAME!"

It's literally as simple as using the exact phrases in the job description to (truthfully) describe your own accomplishments.
