Reading the claypot.ai website doesn’t really attract any interest or give the idea that you’ll be working for a startup that’s going to be financially rewarding or with a purpose or even a product. My guess is the recruiting and hiring is mostly due to Stamford connections and not the type of place that’s attracting applicants outside of that sphere.
