1-Diversity quota 2-lawsuits against the company for not hiring you.

everything you quoted just say “be nice” but doesn’t describe the mechanism that can be used to increase fairness.



Ah. I had no idea that's what you meant.

I don't know about you, but my companies have never had a quota, and have never been sued, and, had more diverse employees than our peer companies.

Maybe you can explain how we did that?

It's almost as if, in practice, JFK's idea worked for us.
