Red Hat fails to take WeMakeFedora.org (lwn.net)

Dug into this a bit, this site was a fork of Project Fedora when the site had a brief blip in RSS aggregation. At the time the subject of RMS was heated, and the creator of WMF appears to have wanted to get the blog posts aggregated quickly so folks could stay up-to-date.

I definitely think the tone of the creation of the site [0] is suspicious (Red Hat is changing shit, and trying to hide the posts about RMS, seems to be the implication), but at the same time, they are super clear that they are not affiliated with Red Hat and the paper trail is also super clear.

The point of the blog is to aggregate posts of Fedora community contributors (same as Project Fedora) - so it seems like the kind of effort that should be encouraged by an open source organization.
