I think it's a mistake to call Google the most customer-hostile company to have ever existed. This would require them to even grasp the concept of what a customer is. I don't think anybody working there has every seen or met a customer in their life.
They are man-childs that during a lockdown can't even make a pot of coffee of their own, that work on "cool stuff".
