Perhaps if the author fixed their hosting configuration it would get some more traction. Currently the article is only accessible via http, as accessing the site for https gets you a completely different site's LetsEncrypt cert (art.mahajana.net) and even accepting that a 404.

I have no doubt the content is good but this is bad sysadmin.

While I can see why you would find that annoying, I find it extremely unlikely that it would be a significant cause on reducing traffic to it.

It will prevent search engines from picking up on it or reduce its visibility, as one example.
